1. Digital Products (Notes, Videos, Flashcards, Quizzes)
- Because digital content can be copied and accessed immediately, refunds are not offered once a product is purchased and downloaded or becomes accessible.
- If you cannot access a purchased product due to a technical issue on our side, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will help resolve it.
- If the content is clearly incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, you may request a review. After verification we may issue a refund or credit to your Noteflick account.
2. Physical Notes or Products (If Applicable)
- Refunds for physical items are available only when the item arrives damaged or defective or when the wrong product was delivered.
- To request a refund for a physical product you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Important: Noteflick currently focuses on digital
products. Physical shipments are not available unless explicitly offered
at checkout.
3. Subscriptions & Membership Plans
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a plan is activated.
- If technical issues prevent you from using subscription features, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll work to resolve the issue or provide a suitable solution.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a delivery/access problem, email our support with the following details:
- Send to: info0@noteflick.com
- Include: Order ID / payment receipt / the email linked to your Noteflick account.
- Provide a clear reason for the refund request and any supporting screenshots or photos.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Processing & Credits
- If a refund is approved, it may be issued as a payment reversal, bank/UPI refund, or Noteflick account credit — depending on the original payment method and situation.
- Time for refunded funds to appear in your account may vary by payment provider and bank.
